Hello my name is Chris Lukens. I have been selling Real Estate for eight years. My background comes from a family that has been selling real estate for over 25 years. My father Gary Lukens has been a great teacher and mentor for me. To be a great REALTORS® I feel you should have a good background with multiple fields of interest related to the real estate. I provide you with a valuable knowledge in new construction and re-modeling of property. With managing up to 325 residential rental homes and apartments units at one time. Provided me with the skills and resources needed to be a leader. I choose to learn how to be a REALTORS® from the ground up. Now I may offer you the client everything you need to know when you want to sell or buy property. Let me show you what must go into building a structure, maintaining your property. When you are ready to sell or buy you know who you can trust with your investment.

In 2004 Chris Lukens produced over $4,000,000 in sales of single family homes, and investment property. This was done throughout south central Wisconsin. With my background in this business I can provide to you the knowledge and contacts you may need to be successful.

In my off time I enjoy being the parent of two with my partner Brea Dugan. Our children's name are Macallen, and Journey. As a family we enjoy out doors activities and love of animals. We have two German Shepherd dogs Ruckers, and Shilo. I love politics, and discussions about any interesting world affairs. Running on positive thinking I have the energy to serve the community and to build a better future for you and my family.

I will be finishing up the work required to earn both my CRS and GRI designations. I do hold a membership in the National Association of REALTORS®, the Wisconsin REALTORS® Association and the REALTORS® Association of South Central Wisconsin.
